Do you think the Alliance Party should take the Policing and Justice Portfolio? If not why? Do you think like me that they will do a good job in providing policing for all?

Speaking as an Alliance party member I am going to say Alliance should accept the Justice post. However that said the SDLP have a good legal argument for accepting the post. The Good Friday Agreement (a.k.a. "Belfast" to those of UnChrisitan belief) states certain posts must go to those party to the agreement etc. Though I think for the continued future of the Assembly politicians must be able to come to a compromise. If they can;t then they arent doing their job and should lose their seats at the next election.

Let's be pragmatic - if Alliance don't take it then it won't happen - done!
